Easily create spreadsheets, documents, or presentations on Chrome with new Chrome web apps. The Google Drive team has released few apps for Chrome users to do office tasks quickly. They are Sheets, Docs and Slides. All these three are individual Chrome web apps for doing office related tasks. While using these apps, your work will be saved to Google Drive Cloud storage.
Sheets: With the new Sheets Chrome app you can create and share Spreadsheets quickly. As you already know, Spreadsheets are not for mere calculations. Create charts, financial statements, track your fitness program and more on Sheets. You can access your Spreadsheets from anywhere as it’s automatically saved to Google Drive. No more need to go to Google Drive to create new Sheets. Do it from a new tab in Chrome now on.
Docs: Create documents and share. I think no need to write about Docs. It works just like Sheets on Chrome. But it’s for creating Documents. Docs has almost all the features one expect from a document program.
Slides: Slides is the presentation program from Google.
