How to Add RingCentral FaxOut in to Box
It takes only seconds. After signed in to Box install the FaxOut app from Box Market Place. For this click on “Apps” and search for “ringcentral”. It will show you the RingCentral FaxOut app. Install it.
How to Send Fax Messages Using RingCentral FaxOut in Box
Right click on the document which you want to send as Fax message and select “More Actions”. From the drop down menu select the app. Then enter you FaxOut account information, enter recipients’ fax number (maximum upto 50), select a cover page, add a custom message and click “OK”.
