Subscribing to the RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds of different websites of your niche in an RSS reader is the best way to get latest updates from that sites at one place. Google Reader is one of the popular RSS Reader and of course our favorite.
By default Google Reader doesn’t have themes to change its look and feel. Though Google revamped the look of their popular RSS aggregator with a similar Gmail look recently, it lacks theme support compared to the HD themes available in Gmail.
But if you wish you can change the appearance of your G Reader similar to a native OS X 10.7 application on any of your favorite browsers – Firefox and Chrome. But ensure that you are using the latest version of the browser.
