Google released a Google Plus Notification extension for its Chrome Browser. The new extension is available for installation in Chrome Web store under category Social & Communication. This extension is solely for those people who are using Google’s social network Google+. The role of this add-on is not to just notify you when someone added you on his circle, +1’d your posts, or shared your posts etc.
You can add back those people added you on Google Plus, view posts and comment on posts just like you are on Google+ and more with the help of this add-on.
The extension button will turn red when new notification comes. Just click the button to open a drop down box with the updates. No matter wherever you on the web on Chrome.
One drawback of this extension is that there is no option to share your posts. By releasing this add-on Google is eying to more Google plus engagement of users.
