Samsung is scheduled to launch Galaxy Tab 750 in India on 10th of August 2011. The event, which will be held in Delhi, will go live between 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm on the said day. Samsung has put a separate web page to stream the live video of the event from Delhi.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 750 would possibly be Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, just renamed for Indian Soil like Samsung’s earlier renaming of Samsung GT-S5780 to Samsung Wave 578 for India. No hardware or software changes are expected in this Indian incarnation.

Samsung launched Galaxy Tab 750 and Galaxy Tab 730 in India with a price tag of Rs. 36,200 and Rs. 33,990 respectively. Tab 750 (known as Tab 10.1) will be available in Indian market by the end of this month. At the same time Tab 730 (known as Tab 8.9) will only be available from September onwards.
Tab 750 and Tab 730, weighing 565 grams and 465 grams respectively, are among the lightest tablets in the world. Both these tablets are using Android 3.1 aka Honeycomb operating system and run on 1GHz dual core processor and have 1GB of RAM. Internal storage capacity is 16GB and both of these devices come with 3G functionality.
It is a fact that users all around the world are more and more began to adopt easy-to-use and powerful smart mobile devices. Samsung eyeing on this and hopeful about the growth opportunities for smartphones and mobile devices which India offers.
