Opera has released its lightning fast browser Opera 11.10 aka Barracuda earlier this week. Barracuda features a fresh version of Opera’s rendering engine Presto 2.8.131. Let us see what is new in the final version of Opera 11.10.
New Features : Speed dial view has been greatly enhanced for clearer previews of your favourite websites. Dials offers live content from web sites. You can easily configure the dial views by clicking the Configure button. Also you can add as many dials to the view.
To browse the web on slow internet connections turn on opera turbo, which is enhanced in this latest release. Opera turbo can load web pages up to 5 times faster than other browsers! I personally experienced the speed of this browser using my laptop connected with my mobile device for internet connection. The connection was very slow. Still Opera managed to open web pages very fast.
Opera now offers simple plug-ins installation. Now Adobe Flash Player installs seamlessly and automatically. Also Opera 11.10 supports CSS3 linear gradients and multiple columns.
